Iron Will

A modular typeface

(2018)

This project began with the creation of a modular typeface, which I have titled “Iron Will.” The typeface draws inspiration from 80s rock bands; the sharp angles help build its personality, but the design is updated due to its geometric nature. It is created with one triangular module.

The poster design is meant to showcase this font, and is paired with a hand lettered date to accent it as well as a very geometric serif to relate to Iron Will.
